Terms & Conditions:
Shipping and Handling of Accessory orders is included in the price of the items. Shipments are made in plain white boxes. Orders shipped outside the Continental U.S. may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Shipping and handling for a Boy Toy is included in the price of the Doll (within the continental United States. Note: Some additional fees may apply to destinations beyond normal points of delivery and/or in special circumstances.)

International Shipping and handling for a Boy Toy is determined based on your location, and must be calculated. Please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can provide you with a quote for the shiping charges. (Additional fees may also apply in some cases. Import taxes, duties and transportation from customs are the sole responsibility of the customer or their designated broker).

All doll orders are shipped by Air freight in a secure and rugged shipping crate. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes; we must have a street address for delivery. You are notified prior to and when your order is shipped. Notification includes the exact shipping date and estimated time of arrival.

THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THE SELLER'S SALESPERSONS MAY HAVE MADE STATEMENTS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. ANY SUCH STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE RELIED ON BY THE BUYER IN DECIDING WHETHER TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

BECAUSE OF THE DIVERSITY OF CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THIS PRODUCT MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER IS ADVISED TO TEST THE PRODUCT THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING IT. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE PRODUCT.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
Materials are purchased based on orders entered into our system. Therefore, once an order is placed, cancellation prior to going to production will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the full value of the order and will be deducted from refund.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Once the order goes into production, it may not be cancelled.
All Sales are Final. No refunds.
